Local Police log from Sunday April 15, 2007: A School District of Lancaster, guidance counselor was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, city police said. Steven Timothy Dinnocenti, 46, of W. Chestnut Street, Lancaster, was observed lighting a glass crack pipe at about 6:55pm, Saturday in the 500 block of West Orange Street, police said. A summons was to be sent. I believe in innocence till proven guilty and I wonder if he has seen the movie?
