Ah, the House next door is finally for sale. Yet, the foyer wall is not fixed due to the First American Home Warranty Company. We can see straight through to there door due to the Sewer pipe breaking. The pipes for our house and theirs, were installed in 1905, so I am wondering when their pipes will break and crack? The home needs a new roof and a lot of interior upgrades but it does have a nice livable apartment on the second floor, to rent out. What this neighborhood does not need is anymore absent landlords!
