This is a picture of something I found in the neighborhood. The same week I found a tightly wrapped package in a white paper towel, held together with rubber bands, that turned out to be a prescription bottle (no label) filled with a liquid. I can only guess that the liquid was urine to pass a piss test. I neglected to take a picture of the urine sample....so definitely wanted to get a picture of this piece of litter.
