Had a great dinner here last night.....On the corner of First and Ruby Streets,
on the west side of Lancaster, PA,
sits JETHRO’S RESTAURANT & BAR.

Jethro’s has been creating excellence in
cuisine, service, and ambiance for over
thirty years.
Long known as one of the great Bohemian
sanctuaries in the city, patrons from all
walks of life frequent the establishment
to sample Chef Jennifer Esbenshade’s
“INNOVATIVE AMERICANA CUISINE”.
Lamb Tenderloins with Hoisin BBQ sauce,
Sauteed Duck Breast with vanilla glaze, and
Roasted Pork with honey and thyme are some of her entrees.
Cajun Meatloaf, Catfish sautéed with tomato-tequila butter,
and the famous
Jethro Burger served with béarnaise or
port wine-rosemary sauce are lite fare favorites.
Calamari sautéed with lemon, garlic, and
hot pepper flakes is a one of a kind
appetizer.
Jethro’s salads are unique creations with
signature dressings and vegetarian dishes
are available.
The menu really shines with the soup, pasta,
pizza, chicken, and seafood specials that
vary weekly.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the
staff is bright and personable.
