I saw this full page ad in the Philadelphia Inquirer this past Thursday-09/03/09 about warnings for emergencies for different counties in the southeast area like: Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks, Philadelphia. September is National Emergency Preparedness Month anyway but since I work in Montgomery County and travel through Chester County I signed up @ http://www.readynotifypa.org/
but I LIVE in LANCASTER County. Where is the notification system for Lancaster County?
In an emergency you are either ready or you'r not. Be ready. Make a plan. Get what you need.
