I have been wondering when the Guardian Angels were going to come to Lancaster, PA and then in Saturday's paper there was an article that a man, who moved to Lancaster from the Bronx, 2 years ago, is starting a chapter here. I think it is a good idea, as long as they are well trained and work with law enforcement. There has been a lot of shootings in the City, gang activity is up and the Acid Vandal, has been attacking property for 18 months now. Every little bit helps.
