Burnt toast

I am usually a pretty decent cook. I also like cooking most of the time. I was cooking dinner tonight, nothing fancy, a mushroom and olive omelet. I was waiting for the toast in the toaster oven and forgot about it! Next thing, I know I smell smoke and the toast has caught on fire in the toaster oven. Not a pretty picture. I made more toast and the meal turned out pretty good!
