Mean Cup, a coffee and tea mainstay at Lancaster's Central Market for the last 10 years, is planning to open a new shop @ 106 West Chestnut Street early this year, it was reported in the FLY magazine. The shop will be located around the corner from the Chameleon Club and part of the next phase of Gallery Row's expansion.
